NSRAROO LLC · Effective October 20, 2026
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern use of this business introduction website operated by NSRAROO LLC. Commercial work and partnerships are covered by separate agreements.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between NSRAROO LLC, operating as nsra roo (“NSRAROO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person using this website (“you”). “Website” means the business introduction website displaying these Terms, including its pages, content, and contact features.
Please read these Terms before using the Website. By using it after being given notice of these Terms, or expressly accepting them where requested, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
The Website is intended for adults acting in a business capacity. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or makes you waive statutory privacy or consumer protections.
2. Website purpose and separate agreements
The Website introduces our work creating and promoting useful content and provides general business information. Descriptions of capabilities, examples, and discussions of possible collaborations are not binding offers or promises to provide a particular service or result.
Sending an inquiry, receiving a response, or discussing a proposal does not create a client, agency, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or other commercial relationship. Any engagement requires a separate agreement addressing its scope and commercial terms. If these Terms conflict with a separate agreement between you and us, that agreement controls the subject matter it covers.
3. Permission to use the Website
Subject to these Terms, you may access the Website, link to publicly available pages, and download or print reasonable portions for personal reference or internal business evaluation. This permission is limited, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. Keep copyright, trademark, and other ownership notices intact.
You must not represent that we sponsor, approve, or endorse you or your activities without our written permission. Links must not misrepresent their destination or our relationship with you.
4. Intellectual property
Except where otherwise identified, the Website's text, graphics, branding, layout, software, and other materials are owned by NSRAROO or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Except for the permission in Section 3, permission from the relevant rights holder, or uses permitted by law, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Website materials. No ownership rights or implied license to our trademarks are granted.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Website to violate law or another person's rights; send fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or infringing material; impersonate someone; or misrepresent your identity or authority. You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access or security controls, interfere with the Website, or extract information that is not made publicly available.
Automated access must not overload the Website, defeat technical restrictions, harvest contact details for unsolicited communications, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. These restrictions do not prohibit activity protected by applicable law.
6. Inquiries and materials you send
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Please send only what is reasonably needed for your inquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential materials, trade secrets, or proprietary proposals unless we have separately agreed to receive them through an appropriate channel.
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant us only the permission reasonably necessary to receive, store, review, and use those materials to handle your inquiry or carry out an agreed purpose. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
An unsolicited submission does not by itself establish a confidentiality obligation, compensation arrangement, or obligation to develop or use an idea. This does not override applicable law or a confidentiality agreement we have separately entered into with you.
7. Information and results
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but Website materials may contain errors or become outdated. We may update them without undertaking to update every historical statement. Nothing on the Website is individualized legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Examples and descriptions illustrate particular circumstances. They do not guarantee audience growth, engagement, revenue, profitability, or another outcome. You should assess whether information is suitable for your circumstances; specific performance commitments must be set out in a separate agreement.
8. Third-party websites and services
The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party resources. We do not control third-party content, services, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its applicable terms and policies.
9. Availability and warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or free from harmful components.
These disclaimers concern the informational Website. They do not replace commitments in a separate agreement or exclude warranties or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NSRAROO and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website, including indirect losses of profit, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, even if advised that such losses might occur.
This limitation applies only where legally enforceable, regardless of the legal theory of a claim. It does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for separately contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement.
11. Suspension and Website changes
We may change or discontinue Website features or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, misuse, or legal compliance. We may remove material that violates these Terms or applicable law. We will give notice when required by law. Ending your access does not affect accrued rights or obligations or provisions intended by their nature to continue, including intellectual-property rights and legally enforceable liability limitations.
12. Governing law and disputes
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from the Website are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would select another jurisdiction's law. Subject to the same exception, the state courts located in New York County, New York, or the federal courts for the Southern District of New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes, and you and NSRAROO consent to their personal jurisdiction.
If mandatory consumer law entitles you to the protections of your place of residence or to bring proceedings in another court, those protections and rights remain available. Nothing in these Terms prevents a complaint to a regulator or other public authority, or use of a court or remedy available as a matter of nonwaivable law.
13. Privacy and electronic communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It is a notice of our practices, not a request for blanket consent to processing. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately for the relevant purpose.
When you contact us electronically, we may respond through the contact details you provide. This does not enroll you in marketing communications or waive any right to receive legally required notices in another form.
14. Changes and general provisions
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Material changes will be identified through a prominent Website notice or another appropriate method, with additional notice or agreement where required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an existing dispute.
If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be applied to the lawful extent, if permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. A waiver must be expressly given by the party granting it.
These Terms govern use of the Website and do not create rights for third parties, except for the people expressly protected by Section 10 where permitted by law. They do not amend a separate written agreement or override mandatory legal protections.
