NSRAROO LLC · Effective October 20, 2026
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NSRAROO LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information through this business introduction website and related inquiries, and the choices available to you.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
NSRAROO LLC, operating as nsra roo (“NSRAROO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. “Personal information” means information that identifies you, relates to you, or can reasonably be linked to you, as defined by applicable law.
This policy applies to this website and correspondence about its business inquiries. It does not describe data practices on separate editorial properties, advertising campaigns, client websites, or third-party services. Those services are governed by their applicable privacy notices. Our work creating and promoting content does not mean that we use visitors’ information from this introduction site for advertising.
2. Information we collect and its sources
Contact and inquiry information. When you communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company or website, message, and subsequent correspondence. If you contact us by post, this may include a return address. A colleague or representative may also provide your business contact information in connection with an inquiry.
Technical information. When your browser requests the website or its resources, the services delivering them receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested resource, request time, and referring page when supplied by your browser. Hosting and security services may record this information in operational, access, and error logs.
Providing inquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient contact details and context. We do not offer customer accounts or take payments on this site. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
3. How we use personal information
We use contact and inquiry information to answer questions, assess potential collaborations, arrange business discussions, and maintain relevant correspondence. We use technical information to deliver the website, troubleshoot errors, maintain availability, and detect or prevent misuse.
We may also use information to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, handle privacy requests, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. These uses are limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not use information collected through this site for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Cookies, external resources, and advertising
This site does not use audience-analytics tools, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or cross-site advertising trackers. We do not sell personal information collected through this site, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.
The website itself does not set cookies or use browser storage to track you. Infrastructure providers may use essential technical mechanisms to deliver or secure the website. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser; blocking essential services may affect website functionality.
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve the font files and associated stylesheet, transmitting technical request information, including your IP address and browser details. For information about Google's handling of that information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not enable third-party advertising or analytics services to track your activity across other websites through this site. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change our practices because we do not conduct that tracking. A Global Privacy Control signal does not need to switch off a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity here because we do not conduct those activities with this site's information.
5. When we disclose information
Website and business service providers. We disclose information as needed to providers supporting website hosting, security, maintenance, resource delivery, inquiry handling, and business communications. For example, hosting providers receive technical request data, and communication providers process inquiry details. Providers may receive technical information directly when your browser requests their resources. Where required, our arrangements restrict providers’ use of information and require appropriate protection.
Professional advice and legal matters. We may disclose relevant information to legal, accounting, or other professional advisers, or where reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate misuse, protect people or property, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed as part of a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
At your direction. We may disclose information when you ask us to do so or give permission for a specified purpose. We do not provide this site's inquiry lists to third parties for their independent direct marketing.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain a relevant business relationship, and meet recordkeeping or legal requirements. We keep technical and security records for as long as needed to operate the site, investigate incidents, and protect its availability and integrity.
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the duration of the relationship, the information's sensitivity, applicable legal requirements, and whether a dispute or investigation requires preservation. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. Copies in backups may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires and are retained for recovery or legal purposes.
7. Your privacy rights and requests
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information; access or obtain a copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain information about collection and disclosure; and receive information in a portable format. Additional rights may include restricting or objecting to processing, withdrawing consent, and opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
To make a request, contact us using Section 12. Tell us what you are requesting and how to respond. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Please do not send identification documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel. We use verification information for handling the request and protecting against fraud.
We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or reason we cannot fulfill a request. Rights may be subject to exceptions, including records needed for legal obligations or legal claims. Requests are ordinarily free; we will explain any fee or refusal permitted by law before proceeding.
If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by contacting us through the same method and identifying the request as an appeal. Where applicable law provides an appeal right, we will handle it within the required timeframe and explain further complaint options. You may also contact your state attorney general or relevant data-protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Information for people in the EEA and UK
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, NSRAROO LLC is the controller. Our legal bases are our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, maintaining business relationships, and operating and protecting the website, after considering your rights; taking steps you request before entering a contract with you, or performing that contract; complying with legal obligations; and consent when required for a particular activity.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation, and you may object to direct marketing at any time. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the supervisory authority in your place of habitual residence or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred; UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, whose laws may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, transfers must be covered by an adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards, or another legally permitted mechanism. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information. Visiting this site is not treated as consent to an international transfer.
10. Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as required by applicable law.
11. External links and changes to this policy
When you follow a link to a third-party website, its own privacy notice governs its handling of information. We do not control that website's practices.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and, where appropriate or required, notify affected people directly. We will obtain consent before using previously collected information in a materially different way when applicable law requires it.
